We are looking for an experienced professional with a wide range of skills in internet production technologies, technical project management and demonstrated support experience to join our Operations team and will Report to the Operations Manager in Ultimo, Sydney. This role is required to take part in an out-of-hours support service and on-call allowances will be remunerated.

Key Accountabilities:

Selection Criteria:
1. Relevant tertiary qualifications, industry certifications and/or industry experience are highly desirable. Current knowledge and keen interest in the media and internet technology sectors.
2. Demonstrated experience supporting the creation, publishing and delivery of online content, including a high level of initiative and ability in diagnosing and solving technical problems in this area.
3. Demonstrated experience supporting users of web-based applications and web content management and publishing systems. Previous after hours “on-call” experience is desirable.
4. Demonstrated previous experience using and supporting Linux operating systems and applications including apache web Servers. Demonstrated proficiency in common scripting languages (Perl, Shell, PHP etc). Exposure to Windows server operating systems and applications is desirable.
