• 5 weeks work fulltime (possibly of more on-going work)

triple j are looking for a web developer to work with a small team to build a new Live Music section of the triplej website.
We are looking for an experienced developer with XML/XSLT skills. You will be developing systems for transformation of XML feeds into appropriate output using XSLT and ABC's internal XML transformation engine. Experience with html , javascript and application development methodologies would also be desirable.
You’ll be working with a small online team at triple j, and also closely with the wider ABC technology division. We are initially looking for someone to help finish the single 4 week contract for this project, but there is the possibility of further XSLT development for future projects.
triple j is the national youth broadcaster for Australia. The triple j website (triplej.net.au) receives over 1 million visits every month. Here at triple j, we’ve always been strong supporters of live music. As early as 1977, we began recording and releasing bands and artists on black shiny vinyl. Our ‘Live at the Wireless’ sessions are broadcast each Monday and Sunday night –every week, showcasing the amazing live music happening right around the country.
