Ready to hire a bright techie with a particular eye for design; someone who produces clean, simple, attractive, reliable and VERY easy to use pages. Spruce up our website then design our phone app.
You will be mixing with a small team of smart developers. You might learn lots of skills to do with Linux, Oracle, GWT, AJAX, JSP etc or maybe concentrate on SEO. It depends on you. You'll be sitting next to the guys who have already done it, and built a world-beating web business.
Skills
Appreciation of clean design. Interactive web page development. GUI. Coding experience in just about anything (we can all switch languages at this level). Conversion optimisation.
