The role of User Experience Designer / Information Architect at Boomworks requires a dedication to the investigation, presentation and implementation of ideas, technologies, standards and trends that exist at the forefront of the interactive space.

Core Responsibilities:
The definition of robust, intelligent, and well-researched design solutions that meet the needs of both the intended audience and the business.

Required Skills:

• Industry experience in web and application-based interface/interaction design and information architecture
• Experience in planning, preparing and conducting user research including card sorting, user and stakeholder interviews, paper prototyping, user testing and ethnographic research
• Exceptional team collaboration and communication skills. Strong presentation skills (oral, written and interactive)
• Strong understanding of how supporting technologies can be used to deliver engaging and compelling user experiences
• Knowledge of latest design and specification software and industry standards/trends
