Digital Eskimo is a strategic design agency that uses design and design thinking as means of transition into a sustainable society.

We are currently searching for a talented and motivated Senior Producer / Experience Architect who will be responsible for digital, print and multi-channel campaigns.

Our Producers are at the very centre of our projects; acting as a client liaison and collaborating with the team to conduct design research, facilitate stakeholder workshops, rethink and clarify project briefs, mapping out graphic user interfaces and information architecture, developing use cases and functional specifications. They work with our design and development teams and ensure quality control and the delivery of projects on time and to budget.

You will be trained in our human centred, participatory design process, Considered Design, and work collaboratively with a passionate and dedicated team of designers, producers and developers.

We are seeking someone who is a quick learner with a passion for interactive design and the digital world, with a creative and conceptual mind, a good communicator and passionate and committed to using your skills to contribute to a healthy, nurturing and resilient world.

• Thorough knowledge of the principles and practice of Human Centred Design / User Experience / Design Thinking
• Commitment to Participatory Design
• Workshop facilitation
• Design research
• Authoring User Experience, Digital, Social Media and Campaign Strategies
• Documentation of information architecture, graphic user interfaces, use cases and functional specifications
• Project management
• Account management / excellent interpersonal skills
• Familiar with the capabilities of common web development languages
• Understanding of web standards and their importance
• Knowledge of Agile and other development methodologies
